Properties KOMATEX practically do not change under influence of adverse weather conditions and UV-radiations.
4. Not hygroscopicity.
Sheets KOMATEX are water-proof and steady against swelling - cells of internal structure of the leaf, filled by air,
are not informed among themselves, and PVC possesses very good parameters of moisture resistance (stability dampness
and a moisture does not allow KOMATEX to inflate and be deformed). It can be long time in direct contact to water.
Cellular closed the structure of foam does not allow a moisture to get inside of sheets. It is often used in internal facing of pools.
5. Stability to the majority of known chemical substances.
In particular, to any household washing and to disinfectants, solutions of many acids and alkalis.
6. Simplicity of processing.
KOMATEX it is easily processed by every possible mechanical, thermal and chemical methods. It is easily processed by usual tools for a tree and metal, owing to especial mechanical properties easily is cut,
bends, formed, welds sticking, it is drilled, milled, pressed, fastened by screws without risk of split and deformations.
7.The surface is ideal for drawing paints and self adhesive film, paints and varnishes, is well glued various adhesives, approaches for internal and external use without preliminary processing.
8. Low combustibility.
Despite of the chemical nature, KOMATEX does not support burning. Under the European standard of fire safety it concerns to class B2(difficult flammable materials), that enables to use it for facing walls, the device of partitions, slopes of windows and for other purposes inside of premises. Polymer of PVC with special additives reduces fire danger of a material to a level practically full nonflammability. |
