The tank of the Fire-polishing Machine must always contain the exact quantity of solution. The tank is filled only once when the machine is new and the level of the solution must subsequently be held constant by adding the necessary quantity whenever required.

1. Fuel supply for first use:
Check the liquid level through Water level meter (16) (switch on pos.7)








































IF necessary please reset the liquid level. Remove the filling cap (1) and pour the special solution in the tank, pour the solution keep the water level at the middle position.

Reclose the filling the cap (1)Completely unscrew the wingnut (3) and remove the booster cylinder(CAUTION: 1/3 fill the chamber with methyl-alcohol.)
Remount the booster cylinder screwing up the wingnut (3) without forcing it.
Put the nozzle (14) on the torch (13).
Connect the equipment to 220v single phase power source. The machine must be properly grounded.

Switch the machine "ON" through the power switch (7). Wait a couple of minutes then ignite up the burner (14) using any type of flame.
To extinguish the machine after use, close the cock or blow on the flame.


2. Refuelling
In the level goes down to the LO position, add distillate water for restoring the middle level.
The flame must have a green-blue color, when it starts changing to orange, the alcohol plus boric acid contained in the booster (4) may have to be completely replaced.
The replacement must be carried out as described under par.1 for first supply.
The flame must always be extinguished prior to carry out any of the following operations. Also, do not ignite the flame when the booster has little or no alcohol inside.


3. Maintenance
This machine requires very little maintenance:
1. Every 15 days clean the booster (4) with warm water and its rubber gaskets with a wet cloth.
2. Clean the used nozzles (14) with a steel wire.

CAUTION:
1. The solution contained in the tank is corrosive and may be harmful for the skin.
2. The pressure must reach 0.05-0.14Mpa.
3. Flameout must be done prior to adding water and alcohol. And the gas should be let completely.
4. Put out the flame once the something with the machine.
5. Keep no metal object on the machine.
6. You’d better wear protective glass and Rubber gloves when change the solution.

The solution: the white powder can be used for 8 about months. The usual way of dissolving is to pour the powder into a vessel (stainless steel or pottery, but not plastic). Than pour water and then pour the solution to the Filler after dissolving.
