Rigidity and durability of facing panels is provided with special properties of polythene of a high pressure. For example, rigidity of a composite thickness makes of 4 mm 0,240 кНm2/m. The Same rigidity of 2,4 mm and aluminium thickness of 3,3 mm have steel thickness. However at equal rigidity ALUCOBOND weighs in 3.4 times less steel and in 1.6 times less than a continuous aluminium leaf (from 4,5 kg/m.2 (at thickness of 3 mm) up to 7,4 kg/m.2 (at thickness of 6 mm). Thus, panels ALUCOBOND are irreplaceable at updating existing buildings and constructions as facing can fasten to walls with the limited bearing ability.
ALUCOBOND it is steady against impacts, pressure, bends and breaks that raises its wind stability. It is consequence of mechanical properties of external aluminium sheets (alloys 3105 Н44, 3105 Н22, 3105 Н14 with limiting durability on stretching Rm 150 N/mm2).
2. Flatness and smoothness of a surface
 Rigidity of sheets ALUCOBOND has allowed to achieve absolutely smooth and equal surface of facing. Owing to composit panels exact architectural planes are created, disappears so characteristic for sheet metal warping. Besides ease, rigidity and a smooth surface provide the minimal cost of leaving. |
