The banner fabric represents the vinylic cloth reinforced polyesther by a string and made on special technology. Owing to a strong basis, steady PVC-LAYER, and also special acrylic to a covering from both parties, necessary for the subsequent full color press on a fabric, and also for durability fiting self adhesive film at performance of application, the banner material provides long term of operation of the products made of it. Use for a reinforcing grid special polyestere strings which are not subject to capillary effect, excludes negative influence of bacteria and growth of a fungus at end faces and seams. The fabric is all-weather, is not afraid of atmospheric precipitation, differences of temperatures, does not burn out on the sun, easily welds and sews, it is convenient in transportation (it simply enough to roll in a roll), it is easily enough mounted and dismantled.

Color banner fabrics, as a rule, white with various quality and the invoice of a surface. Depending on density of a fabric, application put from one or two parties. However, even the thin fabric can be used for bilaterial application if in it the lightproof layer of black color is built in.

Banner are used as for time promotion (festivals, sales, sports actions, show), and repeatedly during several, years as decorative means for an ornament of a business part of city and an interior. Owing to lightweight to weight áàíåð with success it is used at registration of exhibition designs.

• Special banner fabrics with the p-type superficial layer, intended for a press on them superlarge-format jet (both digital, and aerographic) printers of type Vutek, Signtech, NUR and to it similar. These are materials of various density, but more often in wide rolls of 2.50 and 3.20 m as usually they are used as a basis for a press of images for the main boards 3x6 m.

Installation of banners

Installation of banners does not demand significant efforts. Use, as a rule, cords or belts of a tension, hooks, carbines, cringle, loops from slings. Indoors banners it is frequent fix on a flagstaff. It it is possible fix around of a framework even by means of a stapler. The important factor which can complicate considerably installation and use outside of a premise is a wind. At an adverse wind the header is inflated as a sail. To reduce danger of break to a minimum, it is necessary to consider following rules:

• Whenever possible do not mount a header across a direction of a wind, try to find a windless place, try to estimate force of a wind, at a possible strong wind it is required strong anchor fastening.
  
  
• Ropes, cords, a wire should have safety factor, sufficient to sustain unexpected impulses of a wind.
  
  
• For prevention of break of a header at hurricane, on that part of a header where there is no image, cut out air valves (small semicircles which open at a wind and reduce windage. At decrease of wind cut are closed and become hardly appreciable. As a rule, diameter of a semicircle - about 10 centimeters).

Care of a product

Products from this material do not demand special leaving. It is recommended to wash products with an interval in 90 days a neutral washing-up liquid.

Application by a self-glued film. A digital press. Silk cliche.

• Use of a self-glued film is the cheapest, fast and simple method. For banner surfaces special PVC-FILMS (for example, (ORACAL a series of 451 manufactures of the company ORAFOL) are developed. Banner film in due course do not exfoliate, are not torn and do not gather in folds, besides they have a barrier against migration of softeners. The basic feature special film that they are very elastic, soft and are steady against crises, and, do not lose the properties both at high, and at low temperatures.
  
  The special film, as well as usual - is put by dry or wet way (last is more preferable). At wet application it is necessary to delete carefully water squeegee. Blebes air which are complex for removing squeegee, in no event it is impossible to pierce a sharp subject. When the film will shrink, punctures become appreciable holes in the image. Therefore it is necessary to wait, in 24 hours air should diffuse through microtimes of a film and, thus, blebes will disappear by itself. Besides it is necessary to avoid too strong extension of a film when at item accommodation it was pasted at corners ahead of time. This film is more, than usual, is inclined to deformation owing to a stretching.
  
  
• The Press on flexible vinylic surfaces put today basically using a digital press: electrostatic, jet, thermal transfer or aerographic (plotter Idanit, Mutoh, Powerjet).
  
  
• At published in large editions the works having the small size, use silk cliche press.
  
  
• There Is one more popular enough method of drawing of the image - eradication ("destruction"), at which, using cliche film, the chemical preparation on the basis of solvent destroys the top color layer of a banner. The image is formed with a zone with the etched color.
