ABS - plastic - a copolymer of acrylonitril, of butadien and styrene, is a thermoplastic material. ABS it is cut by a saw or a sharp knife, the material gives in thermoforming. The engraving surface is protected by self-adhesive film.

This material will consist of two layers. The bottom layer - acrylonitrilbutadienstyrol rubber (ABS) is a product of copolymerization of acrylonitril, butadien and styrene, that is updating of shock-resistant polystyrene. Under operational characteristics ABS surpasses UPS, having the better properties (including the increased resistance of atmospheric and chemical influence) due to introduction in a polymeric molecule of fragments of acrylonitril. At the same time, the optimum combination of acrylonitrils and butadiens parts with fragments of styrene provides ABS elasticity and necessary crashworthiness that does his by one of the most claimed plastics for manufacture complex forming products with a high degree of an extract.

Thin (3mkm) the top layer is easily cut by an engraving pine forest. A variety of color combinations of layers of this material allows to receive original advertising decisions with the help of engraving works.

At room temperature ABS is steady resistant of the diluted acids, concentrated and diluted to caustic substances, spirits, solutions of salts, animal fats and oils, the mineral oils which are not containing aromatic substances.
